The Text Control Reporting Framework provides sophisticated components for all reporting stages including designing templates, merging templates and sharing documents. Not being dependent on an additional third-party tool such as MS Word to create templates is a very important key aspect when implementing reporting functionality into business applications.

Last month, we exhibited at DevIntersection in Orlando, FL. At our booth, we presented the feature roadmap of TX Text Control X15 (25.0). We gave demos of all our products at our demo counters, talked to many users and met many interesting people in our industry.

A highly requested feature is content in headers and footers that overlaps the main text. This is typically used in letterhead templates to place the address in a text box on the side of the main text. This content should be repeated on each page and is therefore part of the header or footer.
