The Report Data Source Configuration files, introduced in TX Text Control X10, store database connection strings and created data relations. These files can be created in the customizable template designer TX Text Control Words and directly used in the reporting engine MailMerge.
With the release of TX Spell .NET 4.0, we also tested and published more dictionaries and hyphenation lists that can be easily integrated into your applications.
Adding spell checking and hyphenation to TX Text Control X10
Adding spell checking and hyphenation to TX Text Control is very easy with TX Spell .NET. No code is required to connect the controls and if required, the available dictionaries are automatically chosen based on the input language.
With the introduction of objects as an accepted reporting data source, we slightly modified the MailMerge API to reflect these changes. In TX Text Control X10, DataTables, DataSets and all kind of enumerable objects can be used as data sources.
We had a tremendous week in London at the NDC London 2013. Close to 700 enthusiastic attendees from around the world met in London to learn from top speakers such as Scott Guthrie, Richard Campbell and Carl Franklin.
